Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support our distribution warehouse operations in New Jersey. You will help manage drivers and warehouse staff, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and adherence to procedures.

The role emphasizes safety, inventory control, and collaboration with vendors. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, warehouse exposure, and a customer-focused approach; weekend availability and strong communication are important.

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds.
• Strong communication skills (phone, verbal, written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• Customer service orientation and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

Description

Our Warehouse Lead will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help manage drivers and warehouse operatives
• Assure warehouse optimization standards are met
