TBC Corporation, a leader in the mobility and automotive parts distribution, is hiring a DC Associate to operate within our Distribution Center in Charlotte, NC.

You will handle MHE, RF scanning, and order fulfillment; ensure accurate receipt and shipment, cycle counts, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely to fulfill orders.
• Unload, put-away, and pick/stage products using RF tech.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Load trucks and maintain warehouse organization.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete MHE reports per policy and OSHA requirements.
• Adhere to all laws and safety guidelines.

Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.

Responsibilities

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:

• Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
• Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technologyÂÂ
• Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages)
• Pick and stage product
• Load truck(s)
• Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
• Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations
• Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws
• Other duties as assigned or requested
