Job summary

TBC Corporation is hiring a Distribution Center Lead to oversee warehouse operations, driver coordination, and inventory control at our Utah distribution facility. You will ensure efficient order fulfillment, maintain vendor product knowledge, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 75 pounds while bending and twisting
• Customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends

• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of vendor products
• Performing daily vehicle inspections per company policy and ensuring truck maintenance needs are addressed

Our Warehouse Lead will assist operational activities within the distribution warehouse to achieve efficient fulfillment of customer orders while following company defined procedures.
