Aufgaben

• Coordinate shipping, receiving and inventory activities with the Distribution Center and coordination with Manager/Supervisor.
• Coordinate daily with Transportation to confirm shipping schedule and load assignments; ensure proper PO or Delivery numbers.
• Work with Purchasing to coordinate inbound Purchase Orders and verify quantities, reviewing receiving errors and noting exceptions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to confirm inventory for orders and notify shortages two business days before shipping.
• Ensure accurate picking using FIFO, complete load inspections, and correct labeling; verify SAP updates.
• Oversee cycle counting and recounts; coordinate with corporate for physical count requirements.
• Monitor shipping/receiving locations, ensure returns-to-stock are emptied, and raise issues to management.
• Scan all documents to the relevant Sales Order or Purchase Order.
