Job summary

Excell Brands is seeking a Distribution Specialist in Des Moines, IA to oversee product distribution and ensure timely delivery to customers. You will manage daily item reception, update distribution records, and coordinate with DC customers to schedule POs for ship‑outs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop staff in supporting functions.
• Attend weekly meetings as needed.
• Receive and update Distribution Master with new items as they arrive.
• Process new POs from DC customers and schedule shipments.
• Create orders for managed shipments and Quick Ships.
• Monitor shipments for high-profile or special placement items.
• Identify items allocated but not distributed and report issues.
