Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an HR professional to support distribution center team members with employee relations, training, recruiting, payroll processing and labor relations. Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 10AM-8PM.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. You will partner with management to ensure policy compliance and administer HR programs in a warehouse environment, including Kronos and ADP payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a HR role is required.
• Knowledge of HR policies, laws and government regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team members and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Respond to employee relations issues such as complaints, payroll, and/or benefits issues.
• Assist on unemployment claims with HR Manager, Operations and SSC Compliance Department.
• Facilitate and/or provide training to DC team members.
• Maintain and coordinate team member recognition programs.
• Recruit to fill entry-level hourly and technical job openings by reviewing applications and interviewing applicants.
• Maintain and working relationships with all DC team members and monitor policy implementation regarding wages, hours and working conditions.
• Investigate safety issues and violations in collaboration with management.
• Conduct new hire orientation.
