Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team members and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Respond to employee relations issues such as complaints, payroll, and benefits issues.
• Assist on unemployment claims with HR Manager, Operations and SSC Compliance Department.
• Facilitate and/or provide training to DC team members.
• Maintain and coordinate team member recognition programs.
• Recruit applicants to fill entry-level hourly and technical openings by reviewing applications and interviewing.
• Monitor day-to-day implementation of wages, hours and working conditions as per TSC policies.
