Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the DC hourly staffing process including recruiting, selection, onboarding and orientation.
• Ensure accurate review and maintenance of timekeeping and attendance data for payroll.
• Lead in employee relations programs and policies for the DC to align with company objectives.
• Counsel local DC leadership on HR issues, partnering with HR Director for DC Operations.
• Manage Worker's Compensation reporting and OSHA 301 log maintenance.
