Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist I to unpack, process, pick and ship new merchandise to retail stores. The role emphasizes accuracy, quality control, and cross-functional support within the distribution center.

Special hours run 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The teammate may travel between warehouses and may be required to operate RF scanners, printers, and tagging tools while maintaining a high level of guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. When required to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required and an insurable driving record. When required to operate a forklift, forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, process, pick and ship new merchandise to stores.
• Transfer and process merchandise as needed.
• Perform quality assurance on inbound product for correct counts and location.
• Operate label printers, RF scanners, and tagging guns.
• Assist in other DC areas and travel between warehouses if required.
