Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist I to handle pick-to-light order fulfillment, inbound quality checks, and shipping processing for retail stores. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced DC environment.

Responsibilities include operating RF scanners and label equipment, auditing shipments, and assisting with special projects across distribution activities. Travel between warehouses may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Forklift certification may be required when operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fill pick to light orders from inbound freight boxes for ~8 hours/day.
• Ensure inventory accuracy on pick-to-light line.
• Perform quality assurance checks on inbound product counts and packaging.
• Operate RF scanners, label printers, and tagging guns.
• Process sorts and ticketing to stores; validate shipments to stores.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed; travel between warehouses as required.
