Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist I to unpack, process, pick and ship merchandise to Buckle stores. The role emphasizes accuracy, quality, and teamwork with opportunities to cross-train and transfer between warehouses as needed.

You will operate RF scanners, label printers, and tagging guns, performing duties in a loud distribution center environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and forklift certification is needed when operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, process, pick and ship merchandise to retail stores.
• Lift and move freight boxes; operate transfer cart.
• Perform quality assurance on inbound product and document discrepancies.
• Use RF scanners, label printers and tagging guns; process sorts and tagging.
• Cross-train in other distribution areas and potentially travel between warehouses.
