Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. Distribution Center in the United States is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist I to fill pick to light orders and handle general warehouse tasks for inbound and outbound merchandise.

You will perform quality checks, operate RF scanners and labeling tools, maintain inventory accuracy, and support stores with timely transfers, while upholding safety and guest (customer) service standards. Standard hours are 6:30AM-3:00PM; starting wage is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Forklift certification required where applicable
• Valid driver’s license if required to drive company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Fill pick to light orders from inbound freight boxes for ~8 hours per day
• Maintain inventory accuracy on the pick-to-light line
• Perform quality assurance on new inbound product: counts, quantities, discrepancies
• Resolve freight carton and ticket discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate label printers, hand-held tagging guns, and RF scanners
• Process additional sorts, ticketing or services for product to be sent to stores
• Cross-train in other departments as assigned by supervisor
• Assist with transfers and processing of merchandise between warehouses
• Support distribution center efficiency and guest (customer) service standards
