Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Specialist I to perform generalist duties while meeting productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.

The role develops specialized expertise in designated areas to support overall distribution center efficiency and success. Responsibilities include lifting and moving freight, operating transfer carts, recognizing PTL and 998 processes, and safely using material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lift, load, and unload inbound/outbound freight for up to 8 hours.
• Operate transfer cart and PTL/Conductor systems.
• Cross-train in 998 Backstock and PTL areas to support freight release.
• Safely operate forklifts/pallet jacks and follow safety standards.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in processing inbound/outbound orders.
