Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3–5 years of maintenance and leadership experience.
• 6–10 years of maintenance experience can substitute for a degree.
• Proficiency with warehouse software (SAP, CMMS) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and components using preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize facility life.
• Maximize conveyor system performance with monthly/quarterly/annual maintenance programs.
• Leverage regional/national contracts to reduce costs for maintenance services.
• Ensure facility and building compliance with government regulations.
• Maintain Material Handling Equipment through established maintenance programs.
• Coordinate painting, repairs, and basic woodworking to keep the site clean and safe.
