You will oversee HVAC, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and general building systems, guiding a maintenance team to keep residents and staff comfortable and secure.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance leader in healthcare or similar environment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the maintenance staff to ensure timely, reliable work.
• Perform daily facility inspections and respond to needs promptly.
• Oversee mechanical equipment including HVAC systems, water heaters, and kitchen equipment.
• Complete or supervise repairs in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, painting, drywall, roofing, and more.
• Maintain organized storage and mechanical rooms.
• Ensure proper care and safe use of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Manage maintenance budgets effectively.
