Job summary

Empire Distributors Inc is seeking a Distribution Center PM Lead in Austell, GA to oversee loading, bottle and case lines, and drive daily production flow. You will coordinate shifts, monitor productivity, and partner with Inventory Control and routing to ensure on-time distribution.

The role uses SAP for operations, requires a forklift certificate, a GED or high school diploma, and basic warehouse software skills. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• Experience with warehouse software and basic Windows applications (SAP, Excel, Word).
• Forklift certificate and ability to operate forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned to truck load-out, bottle, or caseline areas and coordinate daily work flow.
• Plan and control daily work flow with rotations of personnel.
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback for improvement.
• Input work into warehouse systems to expedite processing.
• Operate forklift for loading outbound fleet vehicles.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and inventory is accurate.
