Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a senior leader to oversee a large Distribution Center in the United States. You will manage 250+ staff across three shifts, drive KPI attainment, and lead large-scale transformations with governance and budgets.

This role emphasizes automation, digitization, and cross-functional collaboration with Global Supply Chain teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred), 8+ years in DC/logistics leadership, and a proven track record in safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in distribution center operations, supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse management.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional safety, quality, compliance, and operational performance results.
• Strong people leadership skills with demonstrated success developing talent, building high-performing teams, and leading through change.
• Experience leading business transformation, digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and implementing automation and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles and process optimization methodologies; project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and planning systems such as Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DC operations to meet KPI targets through action plans and reviews.
• Manage Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Operations & Logistics Engineering teams.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with governance, milestones, and budgets.
• Drive warehouse automation projects, vendor management, and IT integration.
• Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop digitization and sustainability initiatives to future-proof operations.
• Validate capacity planning with Sales, Inventory, and OPS planning teams.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse team and drive change management across the organization.
• Build local logistics competencies and drive innovation and agility.
