DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers across the United States, coordinating with General Managers, Operations Managers and front-line Supervisors to meet customer requirements and drive top performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive supply chain leadership experience, a strategic mindset, and a track record of building strong teams and relationships while delivering measurable results in a large, global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain.
• 3+ years in strategy development/operations/organization design.
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic supply chain role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of performance and results through your teams.
• Assemble and advise strong teams at each distribution center in your group.
• Lead multiple teams and support their professional development at all levels.
• Support your group and drive performance by developing a network across DHL Supply Chain’s functions.
