Job summary

OBE is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Distribution Center in Dallas to manage inbound/outbound communications, process orders, and support timely delivery updates across phone, email, and chat channels.

You will collaborate with operations, transportation, inventory, and support teams to ensure accurate order processing, issue resolution, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service or distribution support.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing phone and email interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Process customer orders, order updates, delivery inquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate with distribution center personnel to provide shipment status, inventory availability, lead times, and delivery updates.
• Monitor customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery completion.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues as appropriate.
