Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Coordinate with PP&C, Traffic, Sales, and LTL carriers to meet expectations.
• Process Pick Tickets and print, sort, and file BOLs.
• Assist in re-routing, expediting, and canceling customer orders.
• Maintain Back Order & Supply Eligible Reports.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and incidents are reported.
