Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented team player to coordinate parts orders and shipments. The role involves placing orders, tracking parts, and updating customers on order status while adhering to safety protocols.

The position requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including data entry in Oracle, coordination of shipments from suppliers, and collaboration with Pride departments to meet internal and external expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplier with Purchasing.
• Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations.
• Track parts to ensure they are put in the proper location to fill orders.
• Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor order status requests via email.
• Receive ordered parts and match them to orders.
• Provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to customers.
