Job summary

Acme Tools in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Distribution Center’s operations. You will serve as the main contact for customer service and stores, handle order processing, and maintain product data to ensure timely orders and POs.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, strong problem-solving and accuracy, and willingness to operate powered equipment. A safety-conscious, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong problem-solving, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Willing and able to operate powered equipment (forklifts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customer service and retail stores via phone, email, Teams, etc.
• Assist with batch upkeep/cleaning and locating unprocessed items.
• Maintain spreadsheets and data for products to ensure orders and POs are completed timely.
• Uphold safety standards and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with picking/processing orders and transfers for pickup by stores/customers.

Location: Distribution Center

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Administrative support for the Distribution Center
• Coordinating with other Acme departments and/or locations to resolve customer issues and/or answer questions about products
• Being the main point of contact for customer service and retail stores via phone, e-mail, Teams etc.
• Assist with batch upkeep/cleaning and locating items not processed in batches
• Working alongside leadership in maintaining spreadsheets and data for products to ensure orders, PO’s and other operations are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
• Assist with picking/processing orders and transfers to be picked up by stores/customers.

You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• To be skilled in problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Willing and able to work on powered equipment (forklifts, etc.)

• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
