Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking Warehouse/Distribution Center Associates for our Ohio warehouse. Roles involve order fulfillment, receiving, replenishment, and stocking in a fast-paced environment.

Typical schedule is 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Roles require team collaboration, safety adherence, and willingness to be trained on powered equipment if needed.

Qualifications

• Lift 10–50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
• Basic math skills for counting and transactions.
• Work well in a team environment.
• RF Scanner or tow motor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Kelly Services is now hiring Team Members for general labor roles in our fast-paced warehouse environment. Join our team and play a key role in order fulfillment, receiving, replenishment, and stocking.

Key Responsibilities

• Move cartons onto pallets or into pallet rack locations
• Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer and store orders
• Safely lift items ranging from 10–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Follow voice picking system instructions or use computerized scanning equipment (RF scanners)
• Receive, replenish, and stock various warehouse items
• May require certification/training to operate powered equipment: forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and powered pallet jacks
• Follow all safety protocols in a drug-free workplace
• Be a team player, willing to assist across departments as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly move and lift 10–50 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous RF Scanner or tow motor experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to complete company-provided training on powered industrial equipment
