Kelly Services in Rincon, GA is seeking Warehouse Operators to operate Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ equipment in a fast-paced distribution center. 1st or 2nd shift with overtime opportunities, emphasizing safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, staging orders, using RF scanners, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adaptability to varying warehouse conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience operating Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ.

• Operate Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ to move, store, stack, and retrieve products.
• Unload inbound trucks and stage products for proper storage or shipment.
• Pick, prepare, and stage orders accurately.
• Use RF scanners to verify and record product inventory.
• Perform daily equipment checks and complete inspection logs.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout warehouse areas.
• Support cycle counts, report inventory discrepancies, and communicate safety concerns.

Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operators (Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp & Electric Pallet Jack)

Are you ready to grow your career in distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations? Kelly® is hiring skilled Warehouse Operators for a leading warehouse facility in Rincon, GA . We are looking for experienced operators with skills on Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) equipment.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Pay: $19.50–$20.50/hour

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Pay: $20.50–$21.50/hour

Overtime and additional hours are often available!

Overtime: Mandatory. Must be available for weekends and to work beyond scheduled hours. During Peak Season, day shift could have to report into work at 5am and work a 12 hour shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) to move, store, stack, and retrieve products

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended shifts

• Ability to work in different warehouse conditions, including noise, temperature changes, and varying lighting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately fulfill orders

• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

• Basic computer skills (Excel knowledge is a plus)

• Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed

• Experience operating Sit Down Forklift, Reach Truck, Box Clamp, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
