Job summary

Ollie is seeking an Area Manager to drive daily production plans across assigned departments at our Commerce, GA distribution center. You will lead and mentor associates, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely execution of tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a supervisory role in large DCs and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. This full-time role offers growth, benefits, and a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in a supervisory role in a distribution center preferred, or demonstrated internal progression.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain professional work environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance for all areas of the assigned department.
• Develop and support a team-oriented environment.
• Ensure an orderly and neatly maintained area.
• Deliver the daily production plan to associates.
• Achieve performance goals consistently.
• Ensure safety and facility maintenance standards are met.
• Track incentives in Excel for associates.
• Direct team to meet daily business needs.
• Establish shrinkage control measures and programs.
• Coordinate with other DC managers and supervisors.
• Complete reporting processes timely and accurately.
• Interview, hire, and train associates.
• Coach and counsel staff with progressive discipline as needed.
• Maintain accurate hours in Kronos.
