Job summary

FOX Factory is hiring a Distribution Center Coordinator to provide administrative support for DC operations. You will serve as the primary liaison between DC staff and internal teams, handling shipping/receiving documentation and front-office duties.

You will also assist with attendance, facility processes, and employee engagement activities while learning warehouse systems and MS Office tools to drive smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Must be capable of learning warehouse operations systems (ERPs, WMS).
• Must have good understanding of MS Office Suite including Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact between DC staff and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving documentation and related workflows.
• Maintain a front office presence and keep areas stocked and clean.
• Assist with attendance and facility administrative processes.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Transmit shipping and receiving paperwork to finance daily.
