Job summary

FOX Distribution Center in Geismar, LA is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator to provide administrative support to DC operations, coordinate shipping and receiving documentation, and maintain front office functions. You will work with internal partners and drive employee engagement while supporting attendance and facility admin processes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office and warehouse systems (ERPs/WMS).

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities: be the primary contact between DC staff and company stakeholders.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving documentation and transmit paperwork to finance daily.
• Maintain front office operations and support attendance and facility admin processes.
• Support employee engagement activities and assist with office supply management.
