AmeriLux Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is hiring for a Production Team member. You will be cross-trained across departments in our production plant, float to where needed, and move toward a permanent fit based on skills and operations needs.

Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available within the organization. Responsibilities include operating machines (drills, saws), reading orders, cutting raw material to spec, and collaborating with teammates on safety, quality, and cost

Qualifications

• Read and understand work orders.
• Understanding technical drawings/schematics is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and tools in the area (drill presses, miter saws, table saws).
• Prepare raw material by cutting to width/length per sales orders.
• Follow work orders and company standards on timelines.
• Collaborate on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting.

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our Production Team. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our production plant - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned to a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but are not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws
• Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders
• Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

• 12 hours
• Friday - Sunday

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand work order
