Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking a Machine Operator in De Pere, WI. This role involves hands-on operation of production machinery, managing material conveyance, and ensuring quality output on 12-hour shifts.

Overtime opportunities are available, and the starting pay ranges from $20–$35 per hour depending on experience and shift. Ideal candidates will troubleshoot equipment, work safely in a hot environment, and communicate effectively with the team to meet customer requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot machines.
• Stand for 12 hours.
• Lift/carry at least 50 lbs.
• Work in hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage material conveying process including big bag or bulk offloading.
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous flow.
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment to ensure quality production.
• Adjust machine controls throughout runtime for optimal performance.
• Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specs.
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues to maintain efficiency.
• Inspect production to ensure finished products meet standards.
• Address processing issues to meet customer requirements and minimize downtime.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as a Machine Operator!

Strating pay $20-35/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous and consistent material flow
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment, ensuring full project set-ups for quality production
• Adjust machine controls throughout runtime to maintain optimal performance
• Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet standards
• Address and resolve processing issues to deliver customer requirements within business needs. Understand customer issues created by upstream processes from conveyance, forming, and cutting devices to ensure efficient and timely changeovers to minimize downtime
• Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent environmental pollution

Shifts & Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Overtime opportunities available

• Monday - Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
