Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with focus on distributed systems architecture.
• Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed, and event-driven systems.
• Strong technical understanding of Java-based microservices architecture and API gateways.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the reference architecture for distributed systems.
• Design systems handling high throughput and data processing.
• Architect solutions based on Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• Define standards for API design and governance.
• Design cloud-native systems leveraging Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design distributed data strategies including Event Sourcing.
• Define observability strategy using tools like Prometheus.
• Define secure communication patterns for distributed services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and mentor senior engineers.
