Socure is seeking a Workplace Experience and Procurement Coordinator to own day-to-day coordination across its distributed office hubs. You will ensure remote locations are accessible, supported, organized, and ready for employees, teams, and leaders to use effectively.

You'll partner with People, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline office operations, manage access, onboarding, vendor contacts, PO tracking, and procurement documentation, while delivering a

Qualifications

• Experience supporting distributed teams, coworking spaces, or flexible office models.
• Experience in workplace operations, office management, facilities, procurement, vendor coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with automation and AI tools, such as Zapier.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day coordination across Socure’s office hubs and ensure locations are organized and employee-ready.
• Serve as the primary contact for workplace vendors and building management.
• Coordinate access, onboarding, location-specific requirements, and issue-resolution.
• Manage office communications, procurement documents, and spend tracking.
• Coordinate offsites, team meetings, and employee events.
