Job summary

Florida Department of Health in Orange County is seeking a Distributed Computer Systems Specialist in Orlando to provide IT support, hardware installation and repair, and staff training. The role reports to the System Project Manager and serves the health department office.

Responsibilities include helping with helpdesk tasks, network troubleshooting, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum CompTIA Certification.
• 4+ years of verifiable IT Help Desk/Phone Support Technician experience.
• 4 years of verifiable experience troubleshooting networks in TCP/IP environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Office 365 including Teams.
• Ability to set up, troubleshoot and repair PCs, laptops, printers and scanners.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
