You will set priorities, standards, and governance for engineering execution, budget estimating, scheduling, and risk management while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to deliver compelling proposals. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering or project development.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of distributed generation systems and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and mentorship to the DG team.
• Oversee proposal queue, resource allocation, and risk review processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to define customers’ technical requirements and project scope.
• Establish quality standards for designs, submittals, and permitting packages.
• Lead technical strategy for large RFPs and business development opportunities.
