Job summary

Prologis in San Francisco, California is seeking a Project Developer, Energy - West Region to lead solar PV and energy storage development across the West region. You will work with corporate sustainability leaders to support net-zero by 2040 and own the market strategy in the region.

You will build direct relationships with customers and partners, manage internal activities from idea to shovel-ready project, and leverage Prologis’ energy and real estate teams to deliver results with strong

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the energy sector.
2+ years in sales and/or project development with quota.
Experience building multi-site portfolios and meeting MW targets.
Forecasting, pipeline and workflow management experience.
Managing outside partners (EPC, engineering).
CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication.
Team-oriented with ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of project development with internal teams and outside partners.
Partner with Energy origination teams to meet revenue targets.
Forecast and plan West U.S. addressable market and identify programs.
Drive regional marketing and represent Prologis at events.
