Job summary

Diageo in Tennessee is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise all activities of workers on a day shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations in our distillery/warehousing environment.

You will interview, hire, and coach staff, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance and warehousing, and lead improvements in safety, quality and cost while managing budgets and reports.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Science or Engineering.
• Five+ years of people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management background.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with all company levels and departments.
• Knowledge of PSM, OSHA, HACCP and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily staffing and supervise production teams.
• Plan staffing and scheduling to meet production targets.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost objectives through team involvement.
• Oversee maintenance of production records and MMS-related activities.
• Collaborate with management and warehousing to meet goals.
