Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the distillery, overseeing production of vodka, whiskey, brandy, and seasonal moonshines.
• Develop, lead, and sustain focused improvement activities across distilling and maturation.
• Ensure effective execution of strategic plans and team motivation.

Skills

Strong technical experience within a Brewing/Distilling environment

Five years of management experience in manufacturing

Strong interpersonal skills

Financial and business acumen

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
