Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support high-speed distillery and beverage production facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems to ensure safety, quality, and uptime.

You will perform PM/PdM/CM and assist with installation and validation of new equipment, using SAP/CMMS to document activities and driving continuous improvement through RCA and 5 Whys.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and troubleshooting tools.
• Support production by responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
• Utilize SAP, CMMS, or other maintenance systems to document work orders and equipment history.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset reliability.
• Follow all safety, environmental, food and beverage manufacturing, and LOTO procedures.
