Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems, perform PM/PdM, and support capital projects with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will work with SAP/CMMS for documentation, collaborate across maintenance, operations, and engineering, and contribute to reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or beverage facilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, and best maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Minimize downtime by quickly addressing breakdowns and supporting production.
• Install, commission, and validate new equipment and capital projects.
• Document work orders and asset history in SAP/CMMS.
• Lead RCA/5 Whys and continuous improvement for asset reliability.
