Job summary
Electrical Automation Services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. Troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems, while maintaining safety and quality.
You will perform PM/PdM and use SAP/CMMS to document work orders and asset history. You will work with operations and engineering to drive reliability, support with installation and startup of new lines, and participate in
Qualifications
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with automated equipment and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and drives.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
- Diagnose failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic.
- Support with installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
- Document work orders and equipment history in SAP/CMMS.
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve asset performance.
