The State of Wyoming seeks a Distance Learning Program Manager to oversee statewide distance learning facilities for the Wyoming Army National Guard. This includes fixed classrooms and mobile labs, with responsibility for scheduling, IT support, and overall program administration.

The role requires strong program management, technical troubleshooting, and excellent communication with military and civilian staff; travel across the state is required monthly.

Formación

• Experience in program management, coordination, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills with hardware and software maintenance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in educational, training, or test proctoring environment is desirable.
• Ability to travel monthly within the state.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training requests and scheduling for DL classrooms and mobile labs.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of computer lab hardware and software.
• Serve as first point of contact for users with technical issues and coordinate escalation.
• Monitor usage, compile reports, and provide analytics to leadership.
• Conduct monthly site visits across the state to ensure readiness.
