Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolios of learning assets, synchronous and asynchronous, to meet objectives.
• Manage projects using standard PM methodologies and governance practices.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using scheduling tools.
• Lead portfolio planning, resource forecasting, and workload balancing.
• Provide performance reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies for delivery.
