Marqeta seeks a senior leader to drive Disputes, Chargebacks, and Partner Performance, transforming customer support into a strategic advantage. You’ll shape a data-driven, scalable disputes ecosystem with cross-functional teams and strategic BPO partners, delivering measurable improvements in cardholder experiences and regulatory compliance.

You will operate within a Flexible First framework, with a remote-first option across the United States and alignment to national tiers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Disputes & Chargebacks operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with Reg E and Reg Z.
• Data-driven approach to disputes analysis and improvements.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead disputes and chargebacks operations to improve KPIs.
• Manage BPO relationships and vendor performance.
• Analyze disputes data to identify trends and improvements.
• Drive process optimization across routing and resolution.
• Coach and develop team to high performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
