Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in dispute resolution, claims management, litigation support, insurance, or customer escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve high risk or escalated customer disputes.
• Collect and analyze documentation for escalated disputes in pre-suit status or regulatory platforms.
• Oversee general liability insurance claims related to customer disputes, including intake and investigation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data for case analysis and proposed resolutions.
• Communicate findings, decisions, and outcomes clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for customer-related litigation to outside counsel and insurance adjusters.
• Document findings and actions in case management systems accurately.
• Identify trends and root causes to reduce future risk to the business.
