Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve complex customer disputes and insurance-related claims. You will serve as a liaison between customers, legal teams, insurers, and internal departments to ensure timely, fair, and compliant resolutions while minimizing risk.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in dispute resolution or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in dispute resolution, claims management, litigation support, insurance, or customer escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve high risk or escalated customer disputes in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and analyze documentation for escalated disputes in pre-suit status or on regulatory platforms.
• Oversee and manage general liability insurance claims related to customer disputes, including claim intake and investigation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data for case analysis and proposed resolutions.
• Communicate findings and outcomes clearly with customers and external parties.
• Act as the primary contact for customer-related litigation to outside counsel and regulators.
• Document all findings and actions in case management systems.
• Identify trends and root causes to reduce future risk.
