Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve complex customer disputes, escalated claims, and insurance-related matters. The role requires coordination with legal teams, insurers, and internal partners to deliver timely, fair resolutions while minimizing risk.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in dispute resolution or related fields, with strong communication and investigative skills. Prior experience in home remodeling/insurance contexts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education, training and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in dispute resolution, claims management, litigation support, insurance, or customer escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and investigative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve high risk or escalated customer disputes in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and analyze documentation for escalated disputes in pre-suit status or regulatory platforms.
• Oversee general liability insurance claims related to customer disputes, including intake, investigation, and recommendations with authority to resolve.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data for case analysis and proposed resolutions across high-risk platforms.
• Communicate findings, decisions, and outcomes clearly to customers.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-related litigation with outside counsel and adjusters for insurance matters.
• Document findings and actions in case management systems.
• Maintain understanding of dispute processes, product knowledge, and relevant regulations.
• Identify trends and root causes of disputes and litigation to reduce future risk.
• Track litigation through trial and appeal and ensure timely submission of insurance claims.
