Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve complex customer disputes, escalated complaints, and insurance-related claims. You will coordinate with customers, legal teams, insurers, and internal departments to deliver timely, fair, and compliant outcomes in the U.S.

and Canada. The role requires 3+ years in dispute resolution or related fields, attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education, training and experience.
• 3+ years in dispute resolution, claims management, litigation support, insurance, or customer escalations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve high-risk or escalated disputes per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collect and analyze documentation for escalated disputes in pre-suit status or regulatory platforms.
• Oversee and manage general liability insurance claims related to customer disputes; analyze adjuster reports and propose resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data for case analysis and proposed resolutions across high-risk platforms.
• Communicate findings and outcomes clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-related litigation to outside counsel and to adjusters for insurance matters.
