Job summary

Quailridgecc Inc. is seeking a reliable Disposal-Waste Technician to join our team in a hospitality setting. The role involves safe collection, handling, and disposal of waste, with independent work and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience operating heavy equipment (trucks, forklift, loaders), and a valid Florida driver’s license. Physical stamina and the ability to work on-site are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience and ability to operate gasoline/diesel trucks, forklift, and front-end loaders.
• Current and valid Florida driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Previous waste/garbage disposal experience a plus.
• Motorized equipment experience required.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly waste/trash disposal area(s).
• Load waste into trash dump truck with front end loader.
• Make daily trips to the county dump site.
• Assist landscape department with front end loader and other tasks.
• Maintain service road areas free of debris and scraps.
• Perform maintenance on dump truck and front-end loader as specified.
• Complete daily log sheets and work orders.
