Vantive is seeking a skilled professional to join our mechanical testing and materials characterization team in Minneapolis. You will perform a wide range of R&D tasks, analyze data, manage lab assets, and contribute to reports and protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years in medical devices.
• Experience with FDA Design Controls and ISO 13485.
• Proficient with laboratory equipment and measurements.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical testing and material characterization per procedures.
• Analyze data, compile observations and interpret results.
• Maintain lab equipment and inventories.
• Assist in writing reports and protocols.
• Coordinate calibration of equipment.
• Build engineering prototypes.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain samples.
• Conduct product inspections using measurement tools.
