Job summary

Vantive seeks a laboratory researcher to perform mechanical testing and materials characterization tasks in our lab, applying advanced techniques and guiding junior staff. You will analyze data, maintain equipment, and help write reports and protocols.

The role involves collaboration with global partners and suppliers. Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years in medical devices, familiarity with FDA Design Controls and ISO 13485, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, compile observations, and interpret results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and organization.
• Assist in writing reports, summaries, and protocols; maintain experiment records.
• Coordinate calibration and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Build engineering prototypes and interact with suppliers for samples.
