Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Display Builder to design, build and refresh in-store product displays across departments. This role combines craftsmanship with accuracy and safety in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will produce 20–25 displays per week, coordinate with Inventory Control for write-offs, and plan monthly display calendars. Prior woodworking or construction experience is valued, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience creating store product displays.
• Ability to produce 20–25 displays per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Submit write-offs and maintain inventory with Inventory Control.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays.
